Availability and Rotation:
Banner advertising is available on UEN at the specialty level; each specailty may include from on to dozens of actual UED categories.
Examples of specialties are:
• Electrical, power transformers
• Metalworking, lathes
• Metalworking, machining centers
• Woodworking, panel processing
• Services, trucking
• Supplies, lubricants
Banner ads are subject to time rotation based on the second within
the minute a request is received by the UEN server. There are six
ten-second slots available for each specialty; an advertiser may
purchase any number of these slots for the same banner.
Banner ads will be displayed whenever a search is done within the
appropriate specialty and on the results page for each category
within the specialty.
Mechanical Specifications:
Banner ads should be supplied as JPEG files. The maximum permitted
size is 500 pixels wide by 72 pixels high. JPEG compression sufficient
to reduce actual file size to less than 20Kb should be used.

Listings Information:
Equipment listing on the Used Equipment Network is free to all end-users
of industrial equipment. Qualified dealers may also list both for-sale
and wanted items on the site.
Each listing is placed under the appropriate UED category (eg; P5102 is
Presses, Hydraulic and T5306 is Transformers, 3 Phase, 60Hz). The
search/sort information for a listing depends on the particular category
chosen; all listings may also include approximately 100 characters of
descriptive text.

Bulletin Information:
Daily email and weekly fax bulletins are sent to qualified dealers. All
end-user listings and dealer wanteds entered since the previous bulletin
are included. Because of the large number of listings involved, dealer
for-sales are not included in the bulletins. There is no direct
advertising available in the bulletins.
