Banner Ad Information:

Who May Run Banner Ads on UEN:
Banner advertising is available only to dealers qualified to use UEN in the current month. No extension of banner contract will be made in the event a banner is not displayed due to a dealer's not being qualified to use UEN. Banner ads for ancillary services (trucking, rigging, financing) are available only in those specialty areas devoted to the appropriate service. In this case, only the banner fee will be charged.

Banner Ad Rates:
Each banner ad slot (10 seconds per minute) costs $400 per year; only full-year contracts are available, and these run from the date of acceptance by UED. Contracts may be started at any time as long as the desired slot is available. If the desired slot is not available, the advertiser may elect to place his contract on the waiting list.

Listing Information:

There is no charge for listings on UEN, either for end users of industrial equipment or qualified dealers.

The requirements for dealer qualification for UEN usage depend on the dealer's area of specialization. Dealers who specialize in equipment that falls under the primary specialties for the Used Equipment Directory magazine (UED) must be current advertisers in UED to qualify. These specialties are:

• Complete Plants
• Air Blowing, Heating/Cooling
• Chemical/Process Equipment
• Compressors, Air/Gas
• Electrical Power Equipment
• Fluid/Hydraulic Power
• Material Handling
• Metalworking Equipment • Oil/Gas Drilling
• Packaging Equipment
• Plastic/Rubber/Paper
• Test/Inspection/Measurement
• Woodworking Equipment

Dealers handling only equipment outside these specialty areas may qualify either by being current advertisers in UED or by paying a quarterly UEN usage fee of $150.
