General Operation of the System: This is a two step coating system
for metal parts which includes a parts vacuum metalizing operation
(vacuum plating) & Wet Solvent spraying operation. Parts enter the
Plating-Painting Room, are Metalized with (chrome, silver, brass,
bronze or copper plating) in one of two Vacuum metalizing/plating
chambers. After metalizing, the parts are spray coated with a
wet-solvent base UV curable protective clear-coat material then
passed thru a 3-stage Flash-off Chamber and then cured in a UV
chamber - there are two complete spraying stations and two vacuum
metalizing chambers. This Hardware type product is finished with a
'High-end Architectural Quality' finish!
