SPECIFICATIONS & DESCRIPTION:
Oven is designed for a chain-on-edge conveyor to pass thru - It was
customer built for this application.
The original interior laywas was for a six pass curing dwell time with
spindle set on 2"centers.
Vertical spindle track is available as an option - it is not included
with the oven and has been removed from the chamber. The conveyor used
was opposed channel type

Oven chamber OA height above the floor: 72"
Overall Height including top mounted fire box 9' above floor

Heat chamber is mounted on a base with leggs and raised above the
floor approx: 24"H
Operating temperature: 150 - 500F
No. of feet of track inside the oven - per original design 120' approx

Maxon type burner rated @ 500,000 BTU - Inlet pressure: 2-5 PSI
Exhaust blower rated @ 1100 CFM Recirculated Hot air blower system
Equipped with a Hi limit temperature limit switch
Electrics: 110V controls - 230/460V - 3 ph - 60 Hz
Condition: Oven is in very good condition - in plant, no longer in
operation, in storage. Controls are not included and would need to be
replaced
