SPECIFICATIONS & DESCRIPTION:
This is a Custom built Dual-Roller designed for In-line or Batch Type Multi-purpose Application of m
terials such as: Adhesives, Plastics, Vinyls, Paper, Tapes, etc onto a single side of the flat sheet
product or coil (for continuous coil fed type operation) and has an automatic cut-off type knife to
ut the vinyl film which separates multiple parts in a continuous feed thru operation. The machine is
designed for programmable cycle operation via a PLC device. (Note – the PLC device is not inclu
ed with this unit). It is designed for use either as an
‘In-line’ component of an existing coil line for continuous production or as a single shee
batch feed machine that is manually fed by the operator. There is no entry or exit feed equipment i
cluded with this machine.

Basic principle of operation: (1) Roller feeds the incoming sheet to the coater rolls while the seco
d feed roller pulls the completed-coated sheet thru the machine immediately following the automatic
ut-off device cuts the vinyl film that separates the second, third, etc parts.

Presently it is set-up as follows: The coater applies a vinyl tape to the metal coil, cut the tape c
eating part sections, then repeat the step to the next section of the coil – This operation was
an in-line operation incorporated into an existing continuous coil processing line.
