Atmosphere: (2) gas pre-heating tubes - extending the full length of
the chamber (approx 3')
Note: There is no dissociator generator included with this unit.
The unit is piped to receive various type of atomspheric gas
externally, however, there is no 'atmospheric gas source' included.
The unit was primarily used with Hydrogen atmosphere which was
supplied directly to the unit from an inhouse source. dissociated
Amonia gas was also supplied directly to the unit from an inhouse
source.
