This DCM rotary type automatic wheel polishing machine is designed to
buff and/or polish 4 alloy automotive type vehicle wheels before
chrome plating as they hand from 4-overhead work arms and rotate in
the polishing chamber.

Machine configuration: 4-wheel mounting structure bowl
Process: Abrasive finishing media polishes the work in a submerged
chamber
The 4 work wheels are submerged into the media chamber - the forward
face of the work is polished
this is a timed cycle - programmed as required for each specific work
cycle
Results of the process: As the front face of the alloy wheel is to be
plated or coated later, this pre-finishing process removes any groves,
imperfections and/or roughness from the product preparing it for the
plating/coating operation
The product is now completely smooth and has an aesthetically pleasing
appearance - all done Automatically.
