Guaranted filtration
3-stage filtration removes 99.97% of cutting oil particles to 0.3 microns.
Eliminates mist, vapor, smoke and odors produced by wet machining operations
Stage 1 - Pre-filtration
A special cartridge composed of 3 different stages (one of them washable) with
progressive filtration levels of 92% efficiency provides excellent solid
particle removal and slow and efficient liquid drainage
Stage 2 - Centrifugal
A special impeller creates a centrifugal effect to continously recondense and
drain any liquid remaining in the intake.
Stage 3 - Extended filtration area
Made of fibergalss, provides an average efficiency level above 99%. Clogging
is monitored by a pressure gauge that clearly indicates when the cartridge
must be replaced.
Included is our front mounted pressure monitor which makes it easy to check
efficiency and know when filters require changing.
