The machine has two 50 watt Nd:YAG diode pumped lasers each with separate
water cooled power supplies made by Lee Laser.
The machine will load 2 trays or parts and each tray hold 4 parts.
They are fed into the machine on a conveyor and are then engraved 2 parts
at a time.
There a 4 Cognex cameras for part and viewing.
There are 2 industrial computers running windows NT and Laser Graf
v4.1 software just controlling the lasers. There is a 3rd computer to
run the other aspects of the machine.
Power requirements are 220 VOLT single phase, 20 amps
