          GENERAL INFORMATION:
          This machine offers extremely fast, safe, and clean deburring, radius, or
          contouring on all areas of metal workparts. Since the process does not create
          additional stress it is ideally suited for intricate and delicate parts.
          Optimum deburring is provided via a programmable cycle time and precise
          parameter control. Programmable workpart numbers and values make it easy for
          any operator to set up new parts.
          
          This machine is built with a welded 304 stainless steel frame and stainless
          steel top and front panels.  The work enclosure has an integrated adjustable
          feed head with eight inch (203 mm) stroke. The enclosure design provides easy
          access to tool mounting features and includes a sealed light fixture, four-
          inch (100 mm) duct exhaust, and quick anode and cathode disconnects. A 230
          gallon (870 liter) capacity electrolyte tank is accessible from the rear of
          the machine for easy maintenance and includes a stainless steel coil type heat
          exchanger. A pendent mounted touch-screen control provides an easy operator
          interface. Two handed touch safety push buttons are provided for setup and
          manual operation.
