GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

CAPACITY: 6600 Lbs. with center of gravity 15 inches above the table
and 10 inches eccentric from the rotation center. Max turning
diameter @ 90 degrees is 78".

ROTATION: Variable Speed-Powered by an AC Inverter Drive. This Gives the
2 HP Motor 65,053 In-Lbs. of Rotational Torque. The RPM Range
of .08-.80 includes options of ramp up and down settings on the

drive. In addition to the self locking worm gear reducer there
is an electro-mechanical brake on the motor that locks when power
is not supplied.

TILT: 120 degree powered tilt using a 2 HP motor and self locking worm
gear comes standard. This produces 104,085 in-lbs. of tilting
torque.

TABLE: The 54" round table comes standard with 4 "T" slots to utilize
1/2" bolts. Preloaded rotak bearings provide smooth motion
regardless of load.

CONTROLS: Comes standard with tilt and rotation controls on both the
control panel and the 6' hand pendant. Additionally, a 10 turn
precision pot with digital gages is provided on the pendant.

POWER: The HB-30 comes 220V/440V 3-Phase, 60 Hertz

OPTIONS: 24", 45", or 60" gripper chucks
