tube notcher made in the USA. Then look no further, the TN-
600 from Baileigh Industrial is just what you are looking
for. This abrasive tube notcher is a beast when it comes to
chewing up metal. The TN-600 has a powerful 5hp motor
that notches at full capacity with ease and only requires
220 volts of single phase power, so it can be used in almost
all fabrication shops. It features a 6" x 79" belt that
spins at 5400 feet per minute. The large 6" belt width
allows it to notch up to 3" OD tubing at 60 degrees with
optional mandrels. Many sizes of mandrels can be bought
separately and are almost always in stock.

The vise of the TN-600 has V-Jaws for a tight grip of the
material and is perfect for light gauge to heavy gauge
material. The vice is also self centering vise so the
material can be changed over quickly and start in the proper
position on the belt. The material is fed into the belt on
the TN-600 by a smooth rail system. The system has an
adjustable stop for repeatability. The vise also features a
large degree dial to reference the degree of the notch more
easily.
