The system is a High-vacuum encapsulating system design to coat or encapsulate an ‘epoxy’ material’
On the part in the controlled atmosphere of a high vacuum chamber. It is a single modular unit.

Vacuum Chamber - High Pressure design
(1) Vacuum Chamber - working dimensions: approx 42" Dia x 40" Deep
Equipped with a side loader
Rotating turntable for continuous movement of the parts being processed
Vacuum chamber system designed to operate up to 100 microns – Hg
Flexible manifolds
Chamber heating system – automatically controlled temps – temperature range up to 400 F
Insulation: Chamber is triple insulated for a warm only external surface.
Main chamber is ASME code stamped to an operating pressure of 100 psi
