General description: This is a flat belt single head feed-thru spray
coater designed for small flat parts passing through a spray chamber
and a drying curing oven.

Capacity: 20"W x 1-1/2"H parts opening
Conveyor with: 18" W polypropylene paper belt type
Dimensions: Overall Length 80" x 4' W x 54"H
System includes: ITI - Single head spray coater/automatic
- 6' long flash off section
3 zone electric drying and curing oven
- carbon dioxide fire suppression system
2 Control panels
-1 controls spray coater with two fenner M Drive speed controls
and ckomeers
-1 controls the oven and curing operation programmable/automatic
Conveyor - variable speed

3 zone/seperate control drying curing oven (approximately 6' long)
ExAir air knife unit - Web rewind station
Two control consoles - M-drive digital tackometer units
Digital temperature control devices

ELECTRICS: 110/220v - 3 Ph - 60 HZ

CONDITION: Equipment is in like new condition. Both units were designed
to apply adhesive coating on small flat parts. Both units have minimal
production usage. The system is capable of applying most all spray
coatings on flat parts with precision thickness control.
