APPROXIMATE DIMENSIONS

44" X 105" X 59"T

Feed is ruggedly constructed. It has a high pressure pneumatic gripper head
that grips material, advancing it by cycling between one fixed and one easily
adjusted solid hardened steel stop. An air cushion built into the gripper
brings material to a controlled stop for accurate positioning. Prior to
gripper releasing material, a pneumatic retainer head with hardened anvils
clamps the stock, permitting gripper to return for another stroke.
Interlocking actions between gripper and retainer are maintained by a pressure
sequence valve assuring consistent feeding. A limit switch is supplied and is
to be mounted on the press for control of feeding cycle.

PILOT PIN FEEDING

When feeding piloted dies, material is momentarily released during pilot pin
entry. A second limit switch is furnished for this operation and is to be
mounted on the press.
