STANDARD FEATURES:
SWIVEL HEAD
The swivel saw head allows the user to cut at any angle between 90
degrees (straight cut) and 60 degrees (miter cut). The precision
pivot system facilitates easy and accurate adjustment for angle cuts.
The Cosen C-20A's saw has a protractor and pointer in clear view and
away from any chips covering the numbers. Cosen's C-20A requires no

tools to make angle changes.

FULL STROKE MACHINE VISE
The machichine (front) vise incorporates a full stroking cylinder to

provide tight clamping of anyany material from the operator's station.

This eliminates the operator having to hand position the
vise when material sizes change.

BLADE SPEED CONTROL
The standard blade speed control provides four blade speeds (65 to 250
fpm) that can be easily changed with a Toggle Clamp device to
accommodate all types of materials.


AUTOMATIC MATERIAL FEEDING
Hydraulically actuated index vise and feed cylinder will accurately
position the workpiece to the pre-selected length with a single stroke of 0
to 23". Standard multiple indexing provides for cutting lengths up to 212".

BLADE BREAKAGE DETECTOR
Will automatically shut down the machine in the event of a broken blade.

AUTOMATIC WORK HEIGHT & FAST APPROACH
Automatically adjusts the saw head to the proper height ragardless of the
material size, and moves the saw head in a rapid approach mode until it is
approximately 1/8" from the workpiece and then automatically goes into the
cutting mode as predetermined by the operator.
