187 TON X 122.4" AMADA HFE-1703S/7 OPERATEUR 7-AXIS CNC, MFG:2006 HFE 1703S is a 187 ton, down-acting hydraulic press brake with a bed length of 10 feet. There are 148" between the frames, with an open height of 17.7". The maximum travel distance of the ram is 7.0", and the maximum bend length that can be formed is 171". The ram repeatability is 0.0004", while the backgauge can travel 27.5". The HFE 1703S has an Operateur CNC control, which is used to control the ram and backgauge, as well as other appropriate functions. The control has the ability to program the machine in either GRAPHICS Mode, ANGLE Mode, DEPTH Mode or to reverse the ram based on tonnage. The HFE 1703S also features a 16" throat, sectionalized punch holders with fast release clamp, a larger brake for staging a variety of complex parts, a foot pedal, and a hand wheel.
