FLOW IFB 6 X 12,50 HP,60KPSI PUMP,5000 HOURS, 2007 This is a 2007 Flow IFB 6' x 12' abrasivejet cutting system. The machine has approx. 5000 hrs. of run time on it and is currently in very good condition. System has many up grade options with it. The following is a list of options. Dynamic cutting wrist to compensate for taper Flow waterveyer abrasive removal system Air conditioned control cabinet to protect electronics Vac-assist for piercing for brittle materials and laminates Height sensor to automatically adjust nozzle stand off System is currently under power, cutting good parts and is available for on site visit. System has a 72" x 144" cutting envelope. This is the 50Hp 60 Kpsi pump. These pumps are integrated into system and pump is controlled by the Flow master software that runs the system. There are a number of electronic sensors that warn if there is a problem and can identify what area to look at for service. There is mounted larger casters onto base to make it easier to pull pump out for servicing. Easy access makes this pump easy to work on and minimize down time. This is one of the best options of any waterjet system. The Dynamic cutting head eliminates taper from parts allowing for much tighter tolerances than standard 2D waterjet systems can offer. This machine comes with the new Vented cutting head that dramatically reduces orifice failure. Cutting head is shown here along with the Vac-assist option. There is also a height sensor that mounts next to head (not shown here). Height sensor touchs down on material to automatically adjust cutting head height. EXCELLENT CONDITION UNDER POWER
