Description
HOLLAND 77CF WHEELBUILDING MACHINE, 18" - 28" DIAMETER This is a spoke lacing machine. This machine laces, tensions and sensures central positioning of the hub in the wheel including derailleur wheels. Production capacity is 40 wheels per hour. 240 Wheels in an 8 hour day. Wheels with 16 - 40 holes. No skilled personnel required. Simply locate the rim in the adjustable fixture and introduce the desired hub into the central location. The operator merely lays the spoke in rotation in a spoke-guide, which engages with the rotating nipple and are turned on the nipple to a pre-set number of revolutions, which is adjustable simply and effectively. Minimal training required. Machine is in excellent condition in a West Coast US plant.
