FEATURES:
Medium duty, utility saw, comes with one standard blade.
Hydraulic controlled, gravity feed head, for hands free cutting.
Hydraulically variable head feed control for regulation of head feeding rate.
Machine automatically shuts off after cut is complete.
Cast one piece head frame and large pivot bar for rigidity and longer life.
Gear box uses only the highest quality bronze and steel gears.
Gear box is driven via a V-belt and step pulleys for fast speed changes.
Low voltage switches. Thermal overload protection, low voltage protection.
Vise has quick release for quick changeover of material sizes. Rotate vise
handwheel counterclockwise to release vise nut, slide the free moving vise to
material and clamp part turning the handwheel clockwise. This saves time and
energy when changing material sizes.
Horizontally mounted guide arms for more rigidity and straighter cuts. Guides
are rollers and carbide that are fully adjustable and replaceable.
Chip brush keeps the gullets of the blade clean. The wheel design of this chip
brush turns with the blade for more efficient and longer life cleaning.
Table bed is cast and machined for rigidity and quality cutting.
Base is fabricated from heavy-gauge steel with wheels to allow moving the saw
to any location for use anywhere with 120V power.
This wet-cutting machine incorporates a self-contained removeable coolant pump
and 1.5 gallon reservoir, filtering system, flow control valve, and on/off
switch for dry cutting.
The saw is guarded for operator safety. Rear blade cover is hinged so removal
of guards to change the blade is not needed.
Wheels are cast lip and grooved design.
Blade tension is done with mechanical mechanism.
Clearly marked and simple to use controls and safety interlocks.
Room for storage in the steel base.
Owners manual and 1 year warranty.
