The Redin Model 10 is a versatile machine for deburring and chamfering spur
and helical gears, as well as other difficult shapes such as splines, cams and
sprockets. The vertical work spindle rotates the part while a floating

grinding spindle follows the profile of the surface to be deburred. The

machine has an automatic cycle; is equipped with a redin built built-in dust

collection system; and is fully enclosed. This portable machine is on wheel

castors allowing it to be easily moved from cell to cell. A 24" front opening

with overhead door is provided for part loading and unloading. The machine has

multiple grinding head assemblys, fixed and adjustable, chain drive

transmission, pneumatic equipment and valving, Pratt Burnerd 8" Manual Self

Centering Chuck. Self contained, cartridge type dust collection system.
