GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Removes dirt, fines, abrasive particles, and other solid contaminants from a

variety of factory fluids including cutting oil, grinding coolant, gun

drilling oil, wire drawing oil, etc.

How it works: Contaminated liquid is pumped or gravity fed into the rotating

bowl through the hose inlet in the cover. While the liquid is in the bowl, it

is subjected to a force in excess of 1000 G's (gravities) which causes the the

heavy particles to be thrown out of suspension and collect within the bowl.

The sludge accumulates under an even higher centrifugal force which packs it

tight. This greatly reduces the volume occupied by the sludge before it is

spun. The clear liquid continuously flows over the rim at the top of the bowl

and is discharged through the outlet.
